What is 'Managed Services'?
CleanOutlook.com offers Portal Management as an option
to all of our users. This includes weekly backups, monthly
updates, software upgrades, and free restoration in the event that
you (or anyone else) crashes your portal. In addition we will
add new customers and employees as you get them
(maximum 2 hours p/month additional time billed at a maximum of $25
hr. This rate applies only to subscribed maintenance clients.)
I want hosting but do I have to have a domain
name or a web site? Hosting is hosting and is the same price
whether you own a domain or not. Your hosting, regardless of
whether or not you currently have a website, will be set up in the
screen after your transaction is completed.
What if I don't choose hosting or Managed Services today but
decide later I want to upgrade? Your service can be
upgraded at any time.
What if I purchase a Cleaning Portal and can't get my customers
to use it? We will provide you with several ideas on
transitioning existing customers to the portal. New customers
on the other hand will be impressed from the moment you mention this
feature. Most of our Cleaning Portal clients report they have
gotten accounts because of
their use of the portal. Including your Cleaning Portal in
your marketing will place you a notch above competitors not using
modern technology in their business.
Is the system confusing?
Will I get a start up guide or instructions? Yes upon
completion you receive an instruction sheet. Also tips and
hints are often posted in our
support forum at Global Cleaning Association.
